Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种增加阻尼的传动机构,包括与方向盘连接的方向盘转轴、通过第一、二转轴轴承套设在方向盘转轴轴身上的转轴固定套以及与方向盘转轴连接的步进电机或编码器;在所述转轴固定套与方向盘转轴之间设置有用以增加阻尼的胶木阻尼。本实用新型通过在转轴固定套与方向盘转轴之间设置胶木阻尼,使转向传动机构空间尺寸更小,增加了转向传动的阻尼,可靠性好,因此,可以解决方向盘自转或转动力小的技术问题,特别适合要求采用步进电机或编码器为信号输出的转向传动机构。
The utility model relates to a transmission mechanism capable of increasing damping. The transmission mechanism comprises a steering wheel rotary shaft which is connected with a steering wheel, a rotary shaft fixing sleeve which is sleeved on a shaft body of the steering wheel rotary shaft through a first rotary shaft bearing and a third rotary shaft bearing, and a stepping motor or an encode which is connected with the steering wheel rotary shaft. A bakelite damping device used for increasing the damping is arranged between the rotary shaft fixing sleeve and the steering wheel rotary shaft. Due to the fact that the bakelite damping device is arranged between the rotary shaft fixing sleeve and the steering wheel rotary shaft, the spacial size of the transmission mechanism is smaller, the damping of steering transmission is increased, and reliability is good. Therefore, the technical problem that autorotation or rotation force of the steering wheel is small is solved, and the transmission mechanism is especially suitable for steering transmission mechanisms where the stepping motor or the encoder is adopted to output signals.
