本实用新型涉及一种顶管掘进机液压油缸同步掘进系统,包括导轨和中央控制系统,导轨上安装有两组液压油缸,液压油缸均包括缸体和陶瓷活塞杆,陶瓷活塞杆伸出端安装有顶铁,陶瓷活塞杆包括碳素钢或合金钢的基体和覆于基体上的陶瓷层,基体表面设有槽宽与间隔相等的沟槽,缸体上设有行程检测装置,行程检测装置包括磁敏感位移传感器和与磁敏感位移传感器相连并对磁敏感位移传感器的输出信号进行处理和运算的信号处理单元,信号处理单元与中央控制系统控制连接。本实用新型采用电磁感应式行程检测装置实时检测陶瓷活塞杆伸出或伸入缸体的位移量和位移速度,并通过信号处理单元将各个液压油缸的位移量和位移速度数据处理后输送至中央控制系统。
The utility model relates to a jacking pipe heading machine hydraulic cylinder synchronization heading system which comprises a guiding track and a central control system. Two hydraulic cylinder sets are arranged on the guiding track. Each hydraulic cylinder comprises a cylinder body and a ceramic piston rod. Jacking iron is arranged at the extending-out end of each ceramic piston rod. Each ceramic piston rod comprises a base body made of carbon steel or alloy steel and a ceramic layer which covers the base body. Grooves are formed in the surface of each base body, and the space distances of the grooves are the same as the widths of the grooves. A stroke detecting device is arranged on each cylinder body and comprises a magnetic sensitive displacement sensor and a signal processing unit which is connected with the magnetic sensitive displacement sensor and processes and computes output signals of the magnetic sensitive displacement sensor. The signal processing unit is connected with the central control system in a controlling mode. According to the jacking pipe heading machine hydraulic cylinder synchronization heading system, the electromagnetic induction type stroke detecting devices are used for detecting displacement and moving speed of the ceramic piston rod when the ceramic piston rods extend out of or extends into the cylinder body, and the signal processing unit processes displacement data and moving speed data of each hydraulic cylinder and then transmits the data to the central control system.
