本实用新型公开了一种LCD玻璃基板组件,包括基体玻璃、印刷电路和PI层,所述的印刷电路印刷在基体玻璃的一面,PI层涂刷在基体玻璃上,印刷电路处于基体玻璃与PI层的中间,所述的印刷电路中有驱动电路,驱动电路连接有防静电线。本实用新型在原有驱动电路上连接有防静电线,通过该防静电线,使静电在ITO玻璃的边缘得到有效放电,阻止其击伤PI层,使产品由于PI层被静电击伤而引起的不良率下降到5%以下。
The utility model discloses a liquid crystal display (LCD) glass substrate assembly which comprises substrate glass, a printed circuit and a PI layer. The printed circuit is printed on one face of the substrate glass, the PI layer is applied to the substrate glass, the printed circuit is arranged between the substrate glass and the PI layer, a driving circuit is arranged in the printed circuit, and the driving circuit is connected with an antistatic wire. In the LCD glass substrate assembly, the antistatic wire is connected to an original driving circuit, static electricity is effectively discharged on the edge of ITO glass through the antistatic wire, the static electricity is prevented from damaging the PI layer, and rejection ratio of products caused by the phenomenon that the PI layer is damaged by the static electricity is reduced to below 5%.
