The utility model discloses a low-rotating-speed double-layer propcopter which comprises a stander and two layers of propellers, wherein the propellers are arranged on the stander through a center shaft; the two layers of propellers are respectively an upper propeller and a lower propeller; the rotating direction of the upper propeller is opposite to that of the lower propeller; each of the upper propeller and the lower propeller comprises two blades; the two blades are respectively symmetrically arranged on two sides of the center shaft through connection rods; concave structures are arranged on the lower surfaces of the blades; when the load weight is 200 kilograms, the sum of areas of the corresponding four blades is 6-15 square meters; and the blades are 1.8-2.5 meters long and 0.6-1.5 meters wide. The low-rotating-speed double-layer propcopter has the advantages that the rotating speed of the large-blade propellers is lower, the abrasion to accessories is lower, the service life is longer, and the fault rate is lowe; the utilization rate of engine power is improved; by adoption of the smaller-size engine, the low-rotating-speed double-layer propcopter is lighter in mass, lower in cost and higher in market prospect; and energy can be better saved.
