The box body is formed through blow molding by using plastics; a vertical upright column is arranged at the central position of the box body; the upright column is in a hollow structure with a through upper part and lower part; the upper end and lower end of the upright column are not closed; the box body is provided with symmetrical hoisting rings; and inclined surfaces are arranged on the intersection position of the bottom surface and side surface of the box body and/or the intersection position of the top surface and side surface of the box body. By adopting the structure, the hollow floor box body disclosed by the utility model is formed by adopting the blow molding and has the advantages of low manufacturing cost, simple structure, high production efficiency, firmness in structure and convenience for hoisting during construction. According to the utility model, when a floor is cast in situ, concrete can flow to the bottom of the box body along the hollow upright column, and the concrete is uniformly distributed at the box bottom, so that a honeycomb-shaped gap is prevented from forming on the floor; and the inclined surfaces are arranged on the intersection position of the bottom surface and side surface of the box body and/or the intersection position of the top surface and side surface of the box body, so that the concrete and the box body are better combined, the structure is more reasonable in stress, and the floor is firmer and more antiseismic.
本实用新型涉及一种空心楼盖箱体,所述箱体是用塑料吹塑而成,箱体的中心位置设置一条竖直的立柱,所述立柱为上下贯通的中空结构,立柱的上下端不封口。所述箱体上设置对称的吊装环。所述箱体的底面与侧面的相交处和/或顶面与侧面的相交处设置斜面。采用本实用新型的结构后,空心楼盖箱体采用吹塑成型,制造成本低廉,结构简单,生产效率高,结构坚固,方便施工时的吊装,当现浇楼盖时,混凝土可沿着中空的立柱流到箱体底部,混凝土在箱底分布均匀,避免楼盖形成蜂窝状空隙。箱体的底面与侧面的相交处和/或顶面与侧面的相交处设置斜面,可以使得混凝土与箱体更好的结合,结构受力更合理,楼盖更坚固抗震。
