Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种断路器双稳态永磁操动机构电气控制系统,包括PWM控制器、参数输入模块、动触头位置检测单元、对合闸线圈进行通断电控制的IGBT模块一、对分闸线圈进行通断电控制的IGBT模块二、IGBT驱动模块一、IGBT驱动模块二、分别与PWM控制器相接的逻辑控制电路一和逻辑控制电路二以及为各用电单元供电的供电单元,所控制断路器的操动机构为双稳态永磁操动机构,供电单元包括直流屏电源和与直流屏电源相接的电压转换模块。本实用新型电路设计合理、接线方便、投入成本较低且使用操作简便、使用效果好,能解决现有断路器双稳态永磁机构所采用电解电容驱动方式存在的使用操作不便、需定期检修并更换电解电容等问题。

The electric control system comprises a PWM controller, a parameter input module, a moving contact position detection unit, a first IGBT module for performing on-off control on a closing coil, a second IGBT module for performing on-off control on an opening coil, a first IGBT drive module, a second IGBT drive module, a first logic control circuit and a second logic control circuit respectively connected with the PWM controller, and a power supply unit supplying power to each power consumption unit. The operating mechanism of a controlled breaker is a bistable permanent magnetic operating mechanism. The power supply unit comprises a direct current cabinet power supply and a voltage conversion module connected with the direct current cabinet power supply. The breaker bistable permanent magnetic operating mechanism electric control system has the characteristics of reasonable circuit design, wiring convenience, relatively low investment cost, simple use, simple operation and good using effects. The breaker bistable permanent magnetic operating mechanism electric control system further solves problems existing in an electrolytic capacitor driving means adopted by a conventional breaker bistable permanent magnetic mechanism and characterized by inconvenient use, inconvenient operation, and requirements for regular maintenance and electrolytic capacitor replacement, etc.
